GALIMBERTI NINO

For over a hundred years

Leaders in Made in Italy furnishings

ABOUT US

The Galimberti family boasts more than a century of tradition in the furnishings industry; indeed, the first workshop opened up in Brianza in the late 19thCentury
The current company was set up in the Sixties, thanks to the intuition of Nino Galimberti. The craft-based nature of its origins quickly changed and, from the 1980s onwards, the company took on industrial dimensions and focus. The next step is down to Nino’s children, Carlo, Luciano and Roberta Galimberti, who from the Nineties embarked upon an expansion process to establish the brand across Italy and abroad. Responsible for the company’s strategies, the new generation of Galimberti shared the creative approach and the styling principles of their products with various architects and designers.
A key feature of the Galimberti Nino identity is the utmost expression of the Made in Italy concept, which today combines tradition with technology in a binding manner: the expertise of craftsmen adds the finishing touches to a product created using the most modern mechanisation, while the skill of expert hands adds sensitivity and emotion to industrial precision. Characteristics traits of the style and of the entire Galimberti Nino product range are timeless design, reliability and durability.
The products made by Galimberti Nino fully embody the concept of made and manufactured in Italy. Design, creativity, style; each production process is carefully managed and carried out by highly qualified staff backed by plenty of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.

The Galimberti Nino showroom conveys the language of the brand in a complete and precise manner, presenting the variety and wealth of the collections in sophisticated settings, where everything contributes to creating a veritable brand experience
The materials used for the set-up – prized marble and warm wood panelling on the walls – together with a meticulous selection of objects and lighting elements, contribute towards lending the display spaces immense expressive quality. The Galimberti Nino showroom is situated inside the Carbiate industrial complex, in the heart of Brianza. A large and bright expanse, designed to accommodate the latest collections as well as iconic products from previous collections.
As visitors enter, they immediately get the feeling of being inside a large, luxurious house, where the materials implemented define the ideal setting to enhance the value of the products and the styling lines that make up the brand’s new catalogue.
The Galimberti showroom houses a selection of significant pieces from current and past collections, to demonstrate how furnishings from different eras can be successfully mixed and matched, obtaining an end result oozing refined and warm elegance, in absolute harmony with the style that characterises the interiors.
Treasuring the experience accrued over the years, Galimberti Nino exercises its creativity in new directions, in a charming overlapping of influences and styles, striking the perfect balance between classic and contemporary. A clear brand positioning and corporate vision: in other words to innovate, while remaining true to its original style and history.

MODERN CLASSICISM

A design bridge between past and contemporary: the product rage is inspired by the styles of the past, yet it is presented according to contemporary materials and lines
This is an area of taste inspired by periods such as the Victorian era, Biedermeier, the Empire; recently developed, this project revisits some art déco references and the Italian modernism of the Thirties, Forties and Fifties.
With more than a hundred years of history to back it, the concept of classic-contemporary continues to be a success now, more than ever before.
The philosophy of the company, the idea that drives all its designs and collections, is to revisit the very best elements related to Made in Italy wood working.
The Galimberti Nino collections always create elegant dwellings, that are impeccably stylish and sober, as well as being capable of having a strong impact and personality.
The ability to make any setting special derives from the meticulous attention to detail and the impeccable craftsmanship of the finishes, but above all from the sensitivity which joins these various inspirations harmoniously and with measure.
